Dressed by some of the most famous fashion designers in the world, Lady Gaga is a chameleon who never stops to amaze us with her over the top costumes. She understands the importance of fashion and provocation and exploits it to the limit wearing costumes and outfits that no one else would dare to wear. She can be outrageous, fantastic or hideous, but she is Lady Gaga and we love her for that.

I love her outrageous clothes. Frankly I had no idea who she was but a few months ago her name kept turning up at the top my of news page and I finally gave in and clicked eventually. I then followed with a trip to youtube to catch a couple of vids. She's an outstanding video artist. But since I'm a girl and not into her kind of music, the clothes are the best part to me. :p
Ive been listening to poker face alot today, and Im really not a big current hits fan. Shes soemthing special.

I was looking for a good reference photo of Lady GaGa to draw! But so far I haven't found one. She certainly has some weird outfits, but creative..sort of a Madonna kind of entertainer.
I think you'll have trouble finding that rvsource. She is so chamaleonic, changing so much from day to day that sometimes is difficult to recognize her. Good luck!

Yes you are right. I was looking for a close up face shot of her in her wild get up. But all the photos I can find are her performing and nothing that would make a good sketch portrait

she's an eye catcher with her fashion sense, we may not understand it sometimes why she chose that sense of style but i do agree with you that we don't fail to notice her. her style deviates her from what most of her co-artists' wear which makes her unique and one of a kind. i like her songs, makes me dance all the more. *_^

Thank you Gina, I am of the same opinion, she is not a beauty but she knows how to get the most of what she has, and I think that is something to learn from her.
I know I've said this before, but you simply cannot argue with marketing. Whatever one thinks of this woman, she certainly does have much talent, and she's certainly very business savvy when it comes to selling her image as well as her music. Other excellent marketers would include Gene Simmon's of KISS fame, Madonna, and I think you could put Marilyn Manson in that league to some extent as well. They know how to get their image out there, and put their names right smack dab in your mouth...
Even if you're not into their "thing."

Lady Gaga is very unique and original and there is no one like her out there. She is also amazingly talented. Her fashion sense may not be the best at times, but I love the fact that she dares to go to extremes and wear costumes/outfits that others would not wear. She is definitely the kind of artist that we will see for a long time to come. I am not surprised that she sells out concerts, that her music albums & singles sell out by the millions, and that she has a number of awards under her belt, including Grammys. She is just that great and amazing. She is inspiring, has a huge fan following all over the world that continues to grow, and is an Idol. I love the fact that she is from NYC as that is where I am from.
